Refund policy

Please review the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchase. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Rules for Return & Replacement:

● Request to return for refund or replacement must be raised within 7 days of delivery of the Product.

● Returns shall be arranged for pick-up through a logistic service partner if we receive the request of return from you within the above given timeline.

● You have the option to reach out to our Support Number +91 9408573813 or send us an email at bkothari99@gmail.com within 7 days from the delivery date. Please ensure to include the necessary return details (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) when contacting Customer Support via email.

● Replacement are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of complaint/return.

● If the product received does not pass the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you.

● Refund/replacement shall be issued to you only after the product is received and verification of the same.

● Replacement is subject to availability of the product (size, color, etc.) and is limited to one request.

● In case the replacement product is out of stock, a refund shall be initiated.

● If the price of the replacement product is lower than the amount paid by you originally, a partial refund will be issued to you provided.

● Products sold as combos/sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.

● Products should be carefully packaged so that there is no damage during transit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Rules of Refund:

We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund. We will commence the refund process within 48 hours upon receipt of your refund request and approval. Expect your refund to appear in the account used for the order payment within 7-10 days after initiation. Keep in mind, the exact timing of the account credit relies on various external entities like banks, payment gateways etc. All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.

Mode of Refund:

Refunds for both canceled orders and returned products—will be reimbursed to the original account used for purchase (online banking, credit card, debit card). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through NEFT.

Cancellation Policy:

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. The entire order amount of the cancelled product will be refunded.
